Bags present to the students |
Real Act of Kindness (RAK) Development Foundation has donated school items to students of Anglican Primary School Badagry after their midterm break.
The Foundation was at Anglican Primary School, Igbanko Imeke Badagry, Lagos State, on Wednesday to present back-to-school items to the students, which includ books and school bags for all the pupils.
In line with the United Nations fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) which is "Quality Education," RAK Foundation provided bags and writing materials to students immediately after their midterm and Democracy Day holidays.
The expressions on the children's faces show how excited they were and how much they enjoyed communicating with the NGOs representatives, asking and answering questions.
RAK Foundation also used the opportunity to call on more concerned citizens to invest in quality education for the children, making sure the children study in a conducive environment. The foundation has invested in educational programs across all educational levels from creche to tertiary level.
It is expected that more people will support the children to get the most out of their elementary education, where they set the foundations for building their future.
