Samuel Ajose Foundation Donates Materials to APC ahead Voters Registration exercise

Lagos, Nigeria -  Mr. Samuel Mauyon  Ajose, prominent Lagos businessman and philanthropist, in a move to strengthen the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027, has donated critical logistics materials to all 57 Local Government Area (LGA) chairmen of the APC in Lagos State. 


The donation comes as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) kicks off its nationwide Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) exercise.


The presentation, held on August 15th at Cathedral Church Primary School on Broad Street, Lagos Island, was attended by key party stakeholders. 


Ajose’s donation includeds, 57 HP desktop printers, 57 Lenovo laptops, 57 generators, 57 MTN Wi-Fi devices with six-month subscriptions, 57 electric standing fans, 57 surge protector extension leads, 57 HP mice, Awareness campaign banners.


Additionally, each LGA chairman received ₦200,000 for mobilization efforts over the next six months, ensuring seamless voter registration at the grassroots level.  


Speaking at the event, Ajose emphasized the importance of voter participation in sustaining Nigeria’s democratic progress. “The secret of continuity is winning elections, and winning requires massive voter turnout,” he said. 


“By making PVC registration easier, we’re empowering Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu’s transformative agenda from the Lagos-Calabar Expressway to the Badagry Seaport and beyond,” he added.


Ajose, the CEO of Samuel Ajose Foundation and a proud Badagry indigene, stressed that the initiative goes beyond politics. “A PVC is not just for voting it’s a vital identity document. We want every Nigerian to have one,” he added.  


Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, Lagos APC Chairman (represented by Deputy Chairman Hon. Moshood Mayegun), praised Ajose’s dedication: “Your generosity reflects true party loyalty. You’ve etched your name in gold in the hearts of APC members.”


Hon. Rasheed Shobaloju, speaking on behalf of the 57 LGA chairmen, assured that the materials would be used judiciously to enhance voter registration efficiency.  


This isn’t Ajose’s first major contribution to the APC and Lagos communities. His previous initiatives iincluds, ₦10 million each to 15 APC chairmanship candidates in Badagry, ₦200,000 grants to 250 female traders in Badagry, ₦18 million donation to 57 LGA cooperative societies.


With INEC’s CVR now underway, Ajose urged Nigerians to seize the opportunity, “Your vote is your voice. Register now, secure your PVC, and be part of Nigeria’s future.”
