CAC Announces Service Fee Review from August 1 to Boost Efficiency & Digital Transformation

Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has introduced revised service fees to enhance operational efficiency, sustain digital transformation, and improve service delivery for businesses and stakeholders.  

In a public notice issued in Abuja on Tuesday, the commission stated that the adjustment effective August 1, 2024 reflects current economic realities and rising operational costs. The decision followed extensive consultations with key stakeholders.  

The CAC emphasized that the review is essential to maintaining fast, tech-driven services that align with stakeholder expectations and support Nigeria’s economic growth.  

“The fee revision ensures the commission continues to provide prompt, efficient, and technology-driven services that benefit the Nigerian economy,” the notice stated. 

  

Describing the new fees as "modest and competitive," the CAC highlighted that the changes will further its ongoing reforms in transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
