Badagry, Lagos State – In a decisive victory, Hon. Ibrahim Rauf Yemaren Rikay, the current Vice Chairman of Badagry West Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has emerged as the APC Chairmanship candidate for the upcoming local government elections.
The seasoned grassroots leader secured an overwhelming 19 votes in the just-concluded APC primary election, solidifying his position as the party’s choice to lead Badagry West.
