Aholu of Ajara Agamathen congratulates Hon. Babatunde Hunpe after APC Primary Landslide Victory

Hon. Babatunde Hunpe has emerged victorious in the APC primary election, securing his place as the party’s flagbearer amid widespread support. The Aholu of Ajara Agamathen Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Aholu Agano-Toniyon 1, has hailed the win as a "divine mandate" and a testament to Hunpe’s dedication to Badagry’s development.  

In a heartfelt statement, the revered monarch praised Hon. Hunpe’s leadership, stating:  "As the Aholu of Ajara Agamathen Kingdom, I am honored to congratulate you on this resounding victory. Your experience and passion will uplift the Eseto Tribe and all of Badagry. This marks a new chapter of prosperity for our land."

The primary election, held today, saw overwhelming support for Hunpe, reflecting his deep roots in Badagry politics and his commitment to grassroots empowerment.  

His Royal Majesty emphasized unity and progress, adding:  "May God’s wisdom guide you as you champion peace and development. Ajara Agamathen Kingdom and the entire Badagry stand with you."

With the APC ticket secured, Hon. Hunpe is poised to intensify campaigns ahead of the general elections, focusing on infrastructure, education, and tourism in Badagry a region rich in culture and economic potential.
