The Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria (ATPN) South West Region under Hon. Apata Samson Nunayon the National Vice President, is on the cusp of a major transformation, driven by the upcoming launch of the South West Advisory Team (SWAT), a strategic initiative designed to boost tourism development in the region.

In a related development, Alaketu, a renowned Lagos-based travel expert and immediate past General Secretary of ATPN, Lagos Chapter, has been appointed Secretary to the Office of the Vice President, South West Region. This appointment is expected to bring his wealth of experience to the role, further boosting the region's tourism development efforts.
Meanwhile, the Office of the Vice President, South West Region, has released the new Executive Committee list for the ATPN Lagos Chapter. The new executives are:

3. General Secretary: Mr. Abolaji Kelani
4. Assistant General Secretary: Mr. Kolawole Paul

7. Welfare/Social Secretary: Mrs. Alo Adenike Christy

10. Directorate of Corporate Relations & Engagement: Mr. Odewale Odeyemi
11. Directorate of Research & Education: Mr. Okunlola Gabriel
12. Directorate of Membership & Community Engagement: Dr. (Mrs.) Adeyinka Wulemat Olarinmoye
According to the Personal Media Aide to the Vice President, South West, Manoah Nunayon Kikekon, details of the SWAT launch will be communicated later this month.
