| Contestants of Most Beautiful Girl in Badagry 2023 |
The winner of 2023/2024 Most Beautiful Girl in Badagry (MBGB), Lagos will be rewarded with a job opportunity if a graduate with the Wema Bank PLC, the founder/CEO of Sharonmmo Entertainment and organisers of Most Beautiful Girl in Badagry pageant (MBGB), Mrs Chinyere Obiora Mmobuosi, has announced.
She equally announced that the 1st runner up will receive an undisclosed cash price and a tour around the tourism town of Badagry, while the 2nd runner up will get an undisclosed gift price and a tour around Badagry also.
According to founder who is also the initiator of the first ever Miss Teen Beauty pageant on Facebook amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown, she is serving as the the nexus between the abundant talents in Badagry cultural zone and entertainment industries, adding that apart from the prices that will be won by the pageants, Sharonmmo Entertainment equally supports the winners of the contest to embark on pet projects geared towards improving the lives of the people of Badagry.
She also said “as it has been the custom of Sharonmmo Entertainment, every year we try to look out for a young lady that will stand out in terms of beauty and intelligence in Badagry
"This year we are extending the invitation for the 10th edition of the Most Beautiful Girl in Badagry to Nigerians living in Badagry as we target to promote Badagry tourism and culture and value to all Nigerians and the wold in general through beauty pageantry contest.
"Our target is not just a good looking girl, but a modest and intelligent girl , one who will serve as a role model for other girls in Badagry, Nigeria and world over.
“Badagry is blessed with tourist sites, rich cultural values, the people are well behaved and their women are known for their revered cultural norms and values.
"Therefore whoever emerges winner, irrespective of where the person comes will represent the rich Badagry cultural heritage, of course the winner must be beautiful, with good knowledge of Badagry cultures, smart and intelligent,” she said.
The grand finale for this year’s contest is slated for 30th December, 2023 and will hold at at the Elite Hall, Ajara-Tapa Badagry.
Vendor looking to showcase there cultural works in art, fashion and food are welcomed to be part of the experience.
