Hon. Hunwi Solomon Sewanu, an aspirant for the 2025 Badagry local government chairmanship election, has commenced visits to key Ward leaders in the local government.
Hunwi and his team were on a visit to Ward E leaders at Ajara-vetho on Friday to seek cooperation and support.
In a conversation with News Peddlers, he said he has enough experience as a past administrator and a son of the soil. He requested that he be given the opportunity to carry out his responsibility and promised to utilise the knowledge he has gathered in the course of working as an administrator for many years.
A word leader said, You have appealed to our sentiments and raised sympathy. If this was to be in our pocket, we would have just handed it over to you, but as Hunwi being a man of God, he should commit everything to the hands of God."
A member of Hunwi's team who spoke at the meeting was moved to tears while appreciating the support and told the leaders that they had worked so hard for the party and that Hon. Hunwi is ready to reward them.
The leaders prayed for Hunwi at the meeting to show their support and assurance that they are with him. Hunwi pleads for the people's support, as he is the right candidate.
