BADAGRY: PDP House of Reps. Aspirant approaches Supreme Court over primary election irregularities

Mr. Toviho Olayemi Monday OBJ, People Democratic Party PDP House of Representatives aspirant, Badagry federal constituency have approached the Supreme Court of Nigeria in Abuja over the outcome of the party's primary election which held on 22nd of May 2022, and was repeated on 6th of June 2022.

Mr. Monday was reported to have won the PDP primary election, but it was Mr. Lebile Adekunle, that was declared the winner. He has previously approached the Federal High Court and Appeal Court.

He has now proceeded to the Supreme Court on Monday, to seek for redress over the outcome of the party's primary.
