Bola Tinubu and Samuel Ajose |
BADAGRY, LAGOS – Mr. Samuel Ajose, a prominent Badagry indigene has issued a passionate appeal to residents of the ancient coastal town to throw their unwavering support behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
Ajose made this decisive call for solidarity during a live appearance on Iworo Radio on Monday.
Ajose used the platform to highlight the achievements of the current administration, urging his people to consider the long-term benefits of continuity in governance for both Nigeria and the Badagry region specifically.
Elaborating on his endorsement, Samuel Ajose pointed to President Tinubu's developmental strides across the country. He argued that given the scale of projects and policies implemented within the president's first few years in office, an eight-year tenure would unleash unprecedented growth and stability for Nigeria.
"If President Tinubu could do what he has done in Nigeria and other parts of the country within these few years," Ajose stated, "no one can predict the transformative progress that will happen if he stays in office for a full eight years."
Recognizing that support must be backed by concrete action, Ajose directed a crucial part of his message to the youth demographic. He urgently advised all young people in Badagry and across Lagos State to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
Emphasizing that the opportunity is currently available, he noted that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) registration is ongoing in all Local Government Areas (LGAs) within Lagos State. This move, he stressed, is essential for ensuring the community's voice is powerfully heard in the 2027 elections and for backing a leadership he believes in.
