The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has detained former Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal over alleged massive financial fraud. Sources reveal that Tambuwal is being grilled for suspicious cash withdrawals totaling a staggering ₦189 billion, in violation of Nigeria’s Money Laundering Act.
