Mr. Celso De Arruda Franca, The Acting Consul General of Brazil has hosted Hon. Apata Samson Nunayon the National Vice President Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria and Hon. Kola Peregrino, Brazilian Descendants President in an exclusive cocktail reception.
Hosted on Friday, June 6, 2025, aboard the Brazilian Naval Frigate Defensora, docked at the Western Naval Command in Apapa, Lagos.
The high-profile event brought together top dignitaries from Nigeria and Brazil, reinforcing diplomatic and cultural ties between the two nations.
The gathering featured prominent figures, including: Rear Admiral Antonio Braz De Souza, Commander of the Brazilian Navy’s 1st Division Squadron. Colonel Anderson Ramos Marques, Defence Attaché of the Brazilian Defence Office. Rear Admiral MC. O. Amen, Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command, Nigerian Navy. Hon. Apata Samson Nunayon, ATPN Vice President (South West) & CEO of Eko Destination Ltd. Hon. Kola Peregrino, Brazilian Descendants President & Lagos APC Stalwart.
