Hon. Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan, the House of Representatives member representing Badagry Federal Constituency, has called on Nigerians participating in the viral #30DayRantChallenge to shift their focus from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to their state governors, who now receive increased allocations under the current administration.
In a post on his official X (Twitter) handle @sesiseun, Whingan emphasized that governors and local government chairmen now have more financial resources to deliver development and must be held accountable for their spending.
"Under President Tinubu, governors and local government chairmen get more funds to deliver—they have a huge role to play and must be accountable. Please focus on the government that is closer to you," he wrote, tagging the trending hashtag #NigeriaRantChallenge.
