The New Badagry Forum has celebrated the achievements of two of its members, Princess Damilola Sonayon James and Mr. Olufemi Sewanu Iroko who have been committed to social development and empowerment in Badagry and, by extension the nation.
In a press release made available to journalists on Monday by Mr. Sewhude Akande, the executive director New Badagry Forum commended the unwavering efforts of both individuals to represent Badagry positively.
Princess Damilola Sonayon James, who currently serves as the Supervisor of Agriculture and Social Services for Badagry West LCDA, and an aspirant for the Chairmanship position of the council area, celebrated her 40th milestone birthday on 14th July 2024. Princess Damilola's dedication to public service and her vision for the future of Badagry are commendable and inspirational. Her leadership and commitment to community development are in alignment with the Forum’s mission of fostering youth leadership, social advocacy, human development, and grassroots empowerment.
Mr. Iroko Sewanu Olufemi was awarded and inducted into the Royal African Youth Leadership Forum by His Imperial Majesty the Ooni of Ife on July 13, 2024, in Ife, Osun State. Mr. Iroko is a notable figure in Human Capacity Building, Government Relations, Risk Management, and Digital Marketing. His contributions to these fields and his leadership within the community exemplify the standards and values upheld by the New Badagry Forum.
Mr. Akande, expresses his admiration in celebrating the accomplishments of these distinguished members.
