Update: NYCN Badagry West To host food lunch with emerging leaders

The National Youth Council of Nigeria Badagry West LCDA To host leadership lunch to commemorate year 2024 Workers Day.

The event is set to take place on May 1, 2024, at Suntan Beach, along Lagos-Seme expressway.

Speaking with our reporter, Aladeotan David, the NYCN coordinator Badagry West, said the idea behind this is to engage leaders and encourage them to continue to contribute their quota to national development. And to remind the leaders that they are called to serve the people.

Aladeotan points out that this is also to commend the efforts of leaders in Badagry West LCDA and "appreciate their efforts towards nation-building to ensure we have a better Nigeria.

"This will also serve as an avenue to create a harmonious environment between the leaders and the youths in the constituency as we prepare for 2025 LGA elections.

"Hon. Gbenu Henugbe Joseph is a good example of who a leader should be. So, this crusade needs to be extended to the emerging leaders of the LCDA," he said.

Aladeotan David, who is an aspirant for Lagos West NYCN Vice Chairman, said the event will avail him the opportunity to express and extend his aspiration for the VC West officially to the youth stakeholder in the LCDA.

"DSA is a goal with CTY agenda for Lagos West." He added.
