It is one of those organizations that a youth who wants to make change in the community, has to look forward to joining. This is an organisation that develops youth's leadership capacities. It is also one of those organization that actually gives more room for youth to showcase their skills and also trains them to be young leaders in the community, and I actually don't think that any youth in our communities or our society won't want to be part of this kind of organisation.
"This is a global organisation where you get to connect with good people outside your community, outside your state, and in other parts of the world. The organisation shows young people how to build their integrity because it is an organizations driven by the Mantra of four way test of what we think, say, or do, which is, is it the truth?, is it fair to all concerns?, will it build good will and better friendship?, and will it be beneficial to all consign?.
"These four Mantra guide what we do or say in our daily lives. This guides Rotaractors whenever they want to do something in our society. These four things guide us, and it's one of those things that we all need to be doing in our society, which we all need to promote. So those are some reasons. I think it is important that young people should join this prestigious organisation. In his words and advice to the youth, he said:
Senu added that, "It's not enough to say you are successful when people around you are not successful. find a possible means of giving back to their society without expecting anything in return, and also make sure that's they get to find an organization like this. To volunteer in order to acquire experience and also. Get to have leadership skills and develop the habit of making positive impacts in their community. We need to promote the spirit of volunteering."
