House of Representatives member Prince Sesi Whingan, representing Badagry Federal Constituency, has promised to bring developments to his constituency, as President Bola Tinubu is for the youths.
The Lawmaker disclosed this at the Thanksgiving service held on Sunday at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Ikoga-Zebbe, Badagry, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Whingan said, “I intend to promote policies that will revive the economy of Badagry, which will give jobs to our unemployed youths, and lobby for more projects and the physical presence of the Lagos State and Federal Government in Badagry.
He pointed out that this administration belongs to the youth: "We all know our current president has invested in the youth; having gone through his manifestos, I know he will pay attention to us.
“We know that Badagry has been neglected, but I will do everything to bring growth and development to the city.”
“I will bring dividends of democracy to Badagry, and I want to assure them that under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu, Badagry will be great and there will be massive growth and development”, he added.
The thanksgiving party was held at the Nigeria French Language Village School field in Ajara, where dignitaries including traditional rulers, Baales, state lawmakers, APC chieftains, and residents trooped out to grace the occasion.
Sesi, who expressed his gratitude, said he decided to bring his constituents together to appreciate them for their support, and they will start feeling the presence of governance from now on.
