Chioma's bride price (Umunna) has finally been paid in full by singer Davido in Ezeala Odu, Imo state.
The singer has made full payment to the Umunna group in Owerre, Nkworji Ezeala ofu Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State.
Chioma's father was seen performing Umunna and Umuada rites in photos and video posted online.
The Umunna rites, which take place between the groom's family and the bride's extended family, are the second stage of an Igbo wedding. This meeting is significant because the groom's family must reaffirm their desire to marry in the presence of the bride-to-Umunna. be's (direct and extended family, with family elders). Once consent is obtained, the dates for the traditional wedding will be set, and the bride's price list will be distributed.
