President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed condolences to the families of those killed at chemical market explosion in Onitsha Local Government Area (LGA) of Anambra.
In a condolence message delivered on Wednesday in Abuja by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, the president said he shared the pain of loss with those who had investments in the market.
He also prayed to Almighty God to grant the injured a speedy recovery.
Mr. Buhari urged all emergency, humanitarian, and security agencies to provide the victims with all necessary assistance.
He also charged the security agencies with conducting a thorough investigation into the incident in order to prevent a recurrence in the future.
