On Sunday, the British government reported that over the previous day, Ukrainian forces had made significant progress in the Kharkiv region.
According to the British Defence Ministry's daily intelligence bulletin posted on Twitter, although Russia has probably evacuated some of its troops from the region, fighting still rages near the cities of Kupiansk and Izium.
