BREAKING: Badagry Court Prosecute 18 Years Old Man Who Defile Minor

Daniel Sosu, 18, was docked in a Badagry Magistrate Court on Friday for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl. Sosu, whose address was not disclosed, is accused of defilement and indecent touch.

Ikem Ukor, the prosecutor, told the court that the defendant committed the crime on August 13 in Tanko I Area, Ajara, Badagry, Lagos.

Ukor stated that the offense violated sections 261 and 172 of the Lagos State Criminal Law, 2015. The defendant, on the other hand, pleaded not guilty.

Mr Patrick Adekomaiya, Chief Magistrate, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in the same amount, and adjourned the case until September 21, for mention.
