In a letter signed by One Man Squad the commander of the Unknown Gunmen, stated that all school on Biafra land are not permitted to recite the Nigeria national anthem and national pledge from now henceforth.
The letter further said every organisation on Biafra soil must obey the curfew on every Mondays, and defiance to this instruction will be detrimental to the organisation and the principal person in charge.
It also outlaw the use of arm on the Biafran soil by other security operatives. Stating that the only organisation allowed to use arm is the Unknown Gunmen.
