Prince (Barr.) Abayomi Noah Medemaku, said from 1999 till date, is only one person who has represented the Badagry constituency very well in Abuja.
Medemaku, who is currently contesting for House of Representatives Member, Badagry constituency, said this when giving his speech of official decamping to People Democrat Party (PDP) from Young Progressive Party (YPP) which took place yesterday Thursday on Facebook live.
“Before I declare the Party, I will want us to have a flashback and assess all Persons that have represented us at the Green Chambers since 1999 and honestly think of one person whose tenure as Representative has been the best so far”.
“Without stressing you, I would like to honestly tell you that the Person is no other person than Hon. (Architect) Setonji Koshoedo ....., who is presently the Deputy National Secretary of PDP, and you will agree with me that although he was not allowed by some selfish individuals to return to the Green Chambers, he has continued to soar politically above board, in the Badagry Federation, Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole”.
Medemaku further said all plans to liberate Badagrians, from the challenges of misrepresentation, had not been achieved till date.
He made it known that when choosing a mentor, one must look at the legacies and goodwill the person possesses.
“Every Parent or Mentor will always want his child or mentee to surpass him in legacies and performers, by showing him the areas that should be improved on, in other to surpass his legacies”. Medemaku said.
He has taken Hon. Kosh as a mentor, who should be emulated.
“I therefore find it an utmost privilege to identify with Hon. Kosh as he is popularly called, as I believe he would be there to guide me and also help me surpass his legacies and further contribute exceedingly to the advancement of Badagry and Badagrians”.
“I wish to use this medium to sincerely thank the PDP Apex leader in Badagry (Hon. Kosh), the Chairperson of Badagry LGA of PDP, all Excos and party leaders, ward executives and stakeholders of this great party for the opportunity and privilege afforded me to be a part of this Great Family". He added.
