ABUJA – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu formally signaled his intention to seek re-election. In a move that clarifies the ruling party's direction for the upcoming general elections, the President secured his Expression of Interest and Nomination forms at the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Secretariat.
The forms were picked up on behalf of the President by Hon. James Faleke, the member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency and a long-time political ally. The brief but significant ceremony took place in Abuja, marking the official commencement of the President’s campaign for a second term in office.
The APC National Organising Secretary, Suleiman Argungu, presented the documents to Mr. Faleke amidst a gathering of party faithful and supporters.
