BADAGRY, LAGOS – The convener of the prominent "Badagry for Governor" agenda, Professor Paul-Sewa Thovoethin, alongside his entire team, has extended warm congratulations to Honourable Sesi Whingan, the Member representing Badagry Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on the celebration of his 40th birthday.
The congratulatory message was formally disclosed in a speech by Prof. Thovoethin made available to news correspondents on Monday.
