Lagos governorship hopeful Samuel Mawuyon Ajose (SMA) has officially transferred his Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) to Badagry, a symbolic and strategic demonstration of his commitment to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and his dedication to inclusive development across Lagos State.
He did this on Saturday, during the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise, Ajose emphasized the importance of voter enrollment, urging Badagry residents and Lagosians at large to actively participate in strengthening democracy.
Ajose, who has been actively involved in grassroots mobilization, stated that his decision underscores his readiness to lead by example and foster greater political participation among residents.

“If I am calling on our people to register and vote, then I must also be the first to show that my vote, like my heart, belongs here in Lagos State,” he remarked.
The move has been warmly received by local party leaders, including Badagry APC Chairman Mr. Gafar Meyon, who commended Ajose for his unwavering support to the party and his contributions to facilitating a smooth registration process across the state.
Reaffirming his loyalty to the APC, Ajose highlighted that his ambition is rooted in unity, development, and the empowerment of all Lagos residents.
Through his foundation, he has pledged continued support in critical areas such as education, healthcare, and skill acquisition. Emphasizing the Tinubu philosophy of hard work and perseverance,
“Power is not served à la carte. If we put in the work and speak with one voice, we’ll be surprised at what we can achieve in 2027.” Ajose added.
