The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made the declaration on Monday, following approval by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, allowing Nigerians nationwide to pay their respects to the departed leader.
The Katsina State Government has confirmed that the burial of the former President will take place tomorrow at 2 PM in his hometown.
