In a grand ceremony marking the end of an impactful tenure, Hon. Segun Onilude, Chairman of Badagry Local Government, recognized his Chief of Staff, Dr. Sewedo Olayinka Samuel, as the "Most Outstanding Individual" in his administration.
The prestigious award was presented during the commissioning of the newly built Badagry City Hall, a landmark project symbolizing the achievements of the Onilude-led government.
