The Samoa Agreement, a partnership between member countries of the Organisation of Africa, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS) and the European Union (EU), seeks to establish a comprehensive framework for relations between the African, Caribbean, and Pacific states (ACP) and the EU.
This partnership is a successor to the Cotonou Agreement signed in 2000 and is one of the most historic and all-encompassing platforms for cooperation between the EU and third countries.

As a representative of the people of Kano, I am committed to upholding the religious and cultural values that define us.
Our decision regarding any agreement, including the Samoa Agreement, will be driven by the best interests of our people while maintaining our principles and beliefs."
The lawmaker's firm rebuttal of the report serves to dispel any doubts surrounding his stance on pressing social issues.
Takai's unwavering dedication to protecting the cultural heritage of his constituency is clear, and he urged his fellow Nigerians to refrain from engaging with unfounded rumours and misinformation.
