Hon. Dr. Adebusola Onilogbo Odedina, a philanthropist and lecturer, can crown the Erelu of Iray Kingdom.
This was made known to Naws Peddlers by Aladeotan David, the NYCN coordinator Badagry West, on Wednesday.
Adebusola, who is the daughter of Onilogbo, Director HR Lagos State Tourism Art and Culture, the founder of the Busola Odedina Foundation, and a lecturer at Babcock University,
She will be crowned as the Erelu on January 19, 2024, by the paramount ruler of Yoruba land, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunnusi Ojaja 2 (Ooni of Ife), at his residence in Ife.
Aladeotan said Dr. Adebusola is an influencer, a team player, a youth builder, and a supporter. She is a friendly personality, and this title will give her the opportunity to expand the tentacles of her philanthropism to help vulnerable people, especially women.
"The title Erelu is a great title and synonymous in rank to a senior special assistant on female matters to the king, next to Iyalode, who oversees welfarism of the female gender," he added.
