Real Act Kindness (RAK) Development Foundation has empowered a small-scale business owner Dele Saka who sells Bamboo in Badagry, Lagos State.
Dele Saka who lives in Badagry, and his family where everyone knows Dele for his thriving bamboo business. Over time due to economic difficulties, Dele’s business gradually folded up but even more painful was the loss of his wife.
Atinoia Balekan the representative RAK Foundation said "Dele was on the brink of giving up when he heard about the RAK Development Foundation and our heart for those in need. He mustered the strength to seek some assistance.

"RAK Development Foundation's director, Mobolaji Ogunlende, was moved by Dele's story. He saw the spark of determination in Dele's eyes, believing that Dele could recuperate with the right support."
Understanding Dele's skill in the bamboo trade, Mobolaji set about helping him rebuild his bamboo business. He offered financial support and mentorship."
With hope, Dele accepted the offer and began his journey toward recovery. The foundation provided him with the necessary tools and materials to kickstart his bamboo business. Dele has now poured his heart and soul into his craft, finding solace and purpose once again," she said.
Atinoia added that "We are happy to see Dele back riding the horse of life and excited to have set another man on his way."
