BREAKING: Eleven Killed As Russia Strike Hits Kharkiv In Ukraine

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's social media channel on Friday released CCTV video showing a large explosion hitting the House of Culture in Lozova city, in the Kharkiv region. 

A post on the media channel said the building was hit by a Russian missile strike. 

There were seven victims, including an 11-year-old child, Zelenskyy said.
